La Conferencia del Episcopado Mexicano (CEM), ha llevado a cabo el XXIII Encuentro de Vicarios de Pastoral, en la Ciudad de México, en el cual fue partícipe el Pbro. Lic. César Astorga Guerra, Vicario de Pastoral de esta Arquidiócesis de Durango. Durante el encuentro se estuvieron revisando diferentes puntos importantes, como las Rutas pastorales globales, la Asamblea Eclesial CEM en su 2o Encuentro Eclesial, lecturas del Plan Global de Pastoral, objetivos del trienio y ejes transversales, entre otros más. Se tuvo la presencia y participación principal de Mons. Rogelio Cabrera, presidente de la CEM. Un Vicario de Pastoral es quien se esfuerza por obtener una permanente formación integral, humana, teológica y pastoral, además, permanece abierto a la ciencia y la cultura actuales, descubriendo en ellas las “semillas del Verbo”. Y discerniendo la voluntad de Dios en medio de la realidad sociocultural y eclesial. Oremos por todos ellos.
